Responsibilities:

  • Being a service representative for specific key customers/industries.
  • Responsible for the enterprise service strategy for specific key customers/industries.
  • Responsible for service sales, leads and opportunities management for specific key customers/industries.
  • Responsible for Service solution and proposal preparation, service pricing.
  • Responsible for service contracts negotiation and signing.
  • Responsible for key customer relationships management.
  • Responsible for delivery issues escalation management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • 5+ years service selling working experience in IT enterprise vendors
  • Profound knowledge in service model, strategy making, profound knowledge of service model
  • Open minded and willing to learn
